Professional Background

I’ve worked as a private practice speech-language pathologist since 2019, specializing in:

  • Executive functioning intervention
  • Dyslexia and related literacy challenges

I’ve spent my entire career with neurodivergent kids and adults, helping them find systems and strategies that actually fit their brains and their lives.

In 2024, I began ADHD coaching on the side. I've worked with nurses, doctors, engineers, architects, stay-at-home parents, creative directors, and more.

Specialized Training
  • ADHD–Rehabilitative Services Provider Certification Training (2023)
  • Barton-trained for structured literacy intervention (2024)
  • Named Master Clinician in Executive Functioning Treatment (2024)
  • Currently in the Coaching with Brooke 3C cohort (February–May 2026)
Lived Experience

I’m not just reading about ADHD in a book—I live with it myself. That lived experience shapes how I listen, how I pace our work, and how I help you create realistic, shame-free strategies for home, school, and work.

How This Shapes My Work
  • I blend evidence-based tools with deep empathy for what ADHD and dyslexia feel like day to day.
  • I pay close attention to executive functioning—planning, organizing, starting, and finishing—because that’s where many of my clients feel most stuck.
  • I hold a neurodiversity-affirming lens: "No brain is the same. No brain is the best. Each brain finds its own special way." - Dr. Hallowell in poem to his five-year-old daughter
