The Calm Suite: 4 Sessions to Find Your Grounding
For most clients, the next step is The Calm Suite—a series of 4 structured sessions designed to help you feel less scattered and more steady.
The goal is not to turn you into a different person. It’s to help your ADHD brain feel calmer, clearer, and more supported—so you can move through your days with more ease.

Tailored Pathways: When We Skip Straight to 1:1
Sometimes, the most supportive move is to go straight into 1:1 coaching instead of starting with The Calm Suite.
This is especially true when:
• ADHD is showing up most in your relationship
• There’s ongoing conflict, resentment, or miscommunication
• You and a partner are stuck in the same painful patterns
In those cases, we’ll use your Initial Session to decide together if it makes sense to bypass The Calm Suite and move directly into focused 1:1 work. You still get structure and support—we’re just tailoring the path to what’s most urgent for you.
Continuing Your Journey: Advanced 1:1 Coaching
Once you’ve completed The Calm Package, you get to choose: are we complete for now, or would you like to keep going with ongoing 1:1 coaching?
Advanced 1:1 work is where we:
- Deepen the systems that are starting to work
- Troubleshoot real‑life curveballs as they come up
- Explore values, identity, and long‑term vision
- Keep building a life that feels like yours
